This photo failed to post earlier— on the first day of our travels we visited a gallery in what used to be the club known as CBGB’s where major punk and new wave bands made their names.  We checked out an exhibit of rock and roll photography by Bob Gruen, featuring luminaries such from the Ramones and Iggy Pop to John and Yoko and Bruce Springsteen.
